It’s That Simple is made from konjac, a root vegetable grown in Asia. It’s naturally rich in glucomannan fiber, which helps you feel full while keeping calories and carbs super low.
It’s That Simple is gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, vegan and keto-friendly with only 9 calories and 0 net carbs per serving.
It’s That Simple has a very mild flavor that takes on the taste of your sauce or seasonings. It’s designed to give you that same pasta satisfaction with a much lighter nutritional profile. Some people notice a texture change from wheat pasta – with a bite more like a rice pasta (what you’d find in Pad Thai).
Drain and rinse for 1 to 2 minutes under cold water.
Heat in a skillet for 2 to 3 minutes or mix directly with your favorite sauce.

Unopened packages of It’s That Simple should be stored at room temperature. Freezing alters the texture, so it’s best to store in a cool, dry place. We recommend not refrigerating until after opening and preparing.

Shirataki and hearts of palm pastas are the lowest in carbs, with shirataki offering nearly zero net carbs and hearts of palm having around 1 to 3 grams per serving. These vegetable-based options are suitable for low-carb diets, while other alternatives like zucchini noodles and spaghetti squash are also low-carb choices
Low-carb pasta alternatives include vegetable-based options like zucchini noodles (zoodles), spaghetti squash and eggplant, as well as plant-based alternatives such as shirataki/konjac noodles, rice and hearts of palm noodles. We think konjac noodles rule, but that’s us.
There are many low-carb pasta options made from a variety of ingredients like shirataki (konjac), hearts of palm and plant-based flours such as lupin or modified wheat. If you haven't tried It's That Simple, grab your favorite sauce (we do appreciate a spicy peanut sauce) and give us a forkin' try.
There are many substitutes but after trying many, our founder ditched the zucchini and made It’s That Simple from konjac, an ancient root vegetable. It holds up to sauces and has 0 net carbs.

Shirataki and konjac are both made from the konjac yam plant. Shirataki typically refers to the noodle-shaped version, while konjac is the flour that is used to make konjac noodles.
We get that everybody has different tastes. We made our It’s That Simple Rice Blends to taste like rice, not just mimic the shape. The blends are made with 50% rice flour and 50% konjac flour. It cooks in 5 minutes and can be used for any of your favorite dishes.
This is a favorite of ours! Turmeric has lots of anti-inflammatory properties and tastes amazing. We love it in curries, but also in a good paella or as a base for a buddha bowl.
It's That Simple Rice Blends have the lowest carbs with 15g of carbs for 1/2 cup cooked. Followed by Wild Rice at between 17-18g of carbs for 1/2 cup cooked.

The best way to cook It’s That Simple Rice Blends is however you want!. Just 5 minutes on the stovetop or according to your rice cooker recommended time.
