Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse one package of It’s That Simple Spaghetti. Set the pasta aside. Dice up the vegetables: tomato, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Set the ingredients aside.

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the vegetables and sauté for a few minutes until tender. Add in the ground beef and break it into small pieces. Cook until the meat is browned (don't drain the fat from the pan).

  3. Add the tomato sauce to your meat and vegetables in the skillet, tossing to combine—season with a teaspoon of cumin. Then add the It's That Simple Spaghetti and toss again to combine. Cook the mixture until your spaghetti has heated through—about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add in the shredded cheese. Stir to combine until the cheese is melted and mixed throughout the dish. Plate up your cheesy chili mac and add your favorite toppings like avocado, pickled jalapenos, salt, black pepper, and more cheese. Dig in and enjoy!
