Creamy, garlicky, and ready in minutes. This low-carb take on classic garlic Parmesan orzo delivers big comfort with minimal effort.

Instructions
Prep the Orzo:
Open the bag, drain and rinse the orzo under warm water for about 15 seconds. Set aside.Cook Veggies:
In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. If using mushrooms, add them now and cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted (1–2 minutes).Add Orzo:
Add the rinsed orzo to the skillet. Stir to combine.Make It Creamy:
Add Parmesan and (optional) cream or cream cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly, 1–2 minutes.Season & Serve:
Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. For a fresh touch, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
