Are you ready for your new favorite version of “fake out” takeout? This quick and easy ginger chicken recipe packs a flavorful punch. With the zesty flavor of fresh ginger and a kick of heat from the chilis, this Asian-inspired pasta dish is the perfect lunch or dinner.

Instructions

  1. Drain one package of It's That Simple Angel Hair Pasta and set aside.

  2. Slice two boneless chicken thighs. Dice 1 red chili pepper and ½ an onion and mince two cloves of garlic. Cut green beans into ½ to 1-inch pieces.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions, chili, and garlic until fragrant and translucent—about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until brown.

  5. Slice or grate ginger until very fine. Add the ginger to the pan with the chicken. Add green beans to the pan and stir everything to combine. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through.

  6. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil to the pan. Add in the It’s That Simple Angel Hair and stir to combine. Heat the pasta through for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Dish up your low-carb ginger chicken and noodles. Garnish with fresh lime zest and salt and pepper. Dig in and enjoy!
