We're taking the best of both worlds, pizza and pasta, and making them into one crave-busting, low-carb pepperoni pasta dish. You're going to love this pizza bowl!

Rice Ball

Instructions

  1. Open a pack of It’s That Simple Angel Hair pasta, drain, rinse, and set aside.

  2. Dice half an onion and one clove of garlic.

  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add the pepperoni and oregano to the pan, toss to combine, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add crushed tomatoes to the skillet, again tossing (or stirring) to combine. Turn the heat down low and allow the ingredients to simmer for around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  5. Add the It’s That Simple Angel Hair Pasta to the skillet, stirring or tossing to combine with the sauce and pepperoni. Top the pasta with shredded mozzarella cheese and move the pan to your oven.

  6. Bake the pepperoni pasta for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown. Dish up your pepperoni pasta, and enjoy!
