Low-Carb Margherita Pasta

We've incorporated all the flavors of traditional Margherita Pizza into this low-carb Fettuccine bowl. This easy recipe is full of fresh flavor, just like pizza Margherita, but the best part is that it's ultra-healthy.

Instructions
Drain and rinse 1 package of It’s That Simple Fettuccine pasta. Set aside.
In an oven-safe skillet, add 1 cup of pasta sauce, It’s That Simple Fettuccine, ½ cup of shredded rotisserie chicken, and ¼ cup of chopped cherry or grape tomatoes. Top the dish with 1 cup of fresh mozzarella cheese and about half of the fresh basil leaves.
Broil the Margharita pasta in the oven for 5-10 minutes. The mozzarella cheese should be melted and lightly golden brown and the pasta sauce should be bubbling and heated through.
Top the pasta with the remaining fresh basil. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, if preferred. Dish up and dig in!
