Low Carb Spaghetti Carbonara


This creamy low-carb spaghetti carbonara combines crispy turkey bacon, garlic, and a rich Parmesan egg sauce for a lighter take on the classic. Made with It’s That Simple spaghetti, it’s a quick, gluten-free, keto-friendly pasta perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and parmesan; set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to low.
Working quickly, stir in pasta and egg mixture, and gently toss to combine; add in whipping cream; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
