Creamy Low-Carb Steak and Mushroom Pasta

We've paired fresh mushrooms, sirloin steak, fresh thyme, and a creamy sauce. We used sour cream instead of heavy cream to add some more flavor—think of it as a low carb beef stroganoff or a keto stroganoff. It's perfect over pasta.

Instructions
Drain and rinse one package of It's That Simple Fettuccine and it set aside.
Heat up two tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Then add your sliced onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté until golden brown and tender—about 5-6 minutes. Add the fresh thyme.
Add sliced steak to the same skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
Combine the sour cream and chicken stock in a small bowl. Add this mixture to the skillet with the steak, onions, and mushrooms, and stir to incorporate all the browned bits. Let the cream sauce reduce for 8-10 minutes. Season it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the It’s That Simple Fettuccine to the skillet. Stir until the mixture is combined. Let the pasta heat through for 3-5 minutes. Dish up and enjoy!
