Rice Ball

Instructions

  1. Open your package of It's That Simple Angel Hair. Drain, rinse, and set aside.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp each of sesame oil and olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté onions, bell peppers, water chestnuts, baby corn, and broccoli until soft and tender, about 4-6 minutes.

  3. Add half the soy sauce and the shrimp. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the pan (about 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice). Cook the shrimp, stirring quickly, until they are pink and no longer translucent.

  4. When the shrimp starts to turn pink, add the butter to the pan, stirring quickly to incorporate it into the stir fry sauce.

  5. Add in your package of It’s That Simple Angel Hair, along with the remaining soy sauce. Toss to combine. Cook for about 3 minutes longer until the shrimp is done and the noodles are heated through.

  6. Dish up! Top the stir fry with scallions and any garnishes of your choice. Dig in and enjoy!
