A warm, creamy orzo pudding lightly sweetened and finished with vanilla and cinnamon. Comforting, simple, and ready in minutes.

Instructions
Prepare the Orzo:
Rinse and drain the It’s Skinny Orzo under warm water for 15 seconds.
Simmer the “Pudding”:
In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Add the Orzo:
Stir in the drained orzo and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly and the orzo absorbs some of the flavor.Make It Creamy:
Stir in the optional cream or coconut cream for a richer texture. Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as needed.Cool & Serve:
Serve warm or let chill in the fridge for 30+ minutes for a cold pudding-style treat. Top with your favorite low-carb toppings.
